Our 100% Certified Berkshire Pork from Eden Farms is nothing short of perfection on a plate - tender, juicy and absolutely delicious - every time. Berkshire Pork is the oldest breed of pork in existence today and is raised for the meat’s distinctive color and marbling- two characteristics that make our pork tender and flavorful. The tenderloin comes from the muscle along the central spine. This is the tenderest part of the animal and can be prepared in a variety of ways. The texture of pork is influenced by the place and conditions in which the pig was raised and what it was fed.
