Description

Our Fresh Guinea Hens are all natural and come from the highest grade French breeding stock to ensure a consistently top quality bird. They are also known as Pintade, Faraona or African pheasant. The size of a Guinea Hen is slightly smaller than a chicken with white spots on its gray feathers. They are often chosen over pheasants because they have fewer tendons in the leg and thigh, making this bird more versatile and cost effective.
