Our Wagyu Beef Tongue comes from cattle that are raised with a mix of the ancient practices perfected in Kobe, Japan and a modern understanding of good animal husbandry standards. Wagyu Beef Tongue can be prepared by boiling, smoking or pickling and can be enjoyed in a variety of recipes.
